We want to earn your business every day! All of our owner agreements are month-to-month with no termination or penalties to ensure we are always working hard for you!

We are so confident in our tenant screening we will personally reimburse you up to $500 in the event of eviction legal expenses.

If we place a tenant and they break their lease during the first 12 months (excludes military orders)- we will find a new tenant at no cost to you.

We operate in full compliance with fair housing, habitability, and application screening. Our Attorney handles any legal issues to ensure we operating according to all local and state laws.

We get paid when you get paid! Our management fee is only collected after we collect rent and pay our owners.

You don't pay us a leasing fee until we have a signed lease and have collected money from the tenant.

Each owner is assigned one point of contact to handle all your needs and will respond within 24 business hours!

We trust our pet screening so much if a pet damages your property we will reimburse you up to $500!

All rents are paid electronically to ensure we can pay you as quickly as possible! Expect money in your bank account by the 10th!
