How We Got Started
Red Rock Realty was born when a real estate investor saw the need for a different property management experience. At Red Rock we know what it is like to put your hard earned money into rental properties. We have experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly that comes with bad tenants and property managers. We figured out we could do it better by not only focusing more on the owners asset but improving the tenant experience creating a win win. Our team of expert executive property managers, attorneys, and contractors, are the CSRA's go-to property management company.
Richard Wiebe - Broker
Richard Wiebe got his first taste of Real Estate by helping his Father turnover rental units in Augusta, GA. He entered the Real Estate Business in 2017. Since then he has gained extensive experience in helping people obtain Real Estate Investments. Richard saw the need for a new kind of property management company in the Greater Augusta area that could maximize convenience and returns on client rental properties. Richard took this opportunity to create a full-service property management company that creates a better experience for both Tenants & Owners. When Richard is not working you can find him spending time with his family, watching Michigan football, or doing anything fitness related.
Charles Kirby
Charles solves real estate challenges by working with contractors, material providers, and repair professionals. A native of Augusta, Charles earned a degree in Turfgrass and Golf Course Management from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. He also received a Master of Divinity degree from Columbia International University. During his graduate studies he served as an intern Chaplain and a Pastoral intern. Caring for people both within and outside of his community not only comes naturally, it’s why he got into Property Management. In his spare time Charles enjoys playing golf, jamming out on the guitar, watching Ohio State football, and going on hiking trips with his wife, Courtney.
